I added a very low opacity Diffuse glow at Luminosity blend mode. The colour is from Filter>Render>Lens flare at Overlay blending mode (reduced opacity) and a Hue/Sat adjustment layer with an increase in the saturation of the cyans, blues and magentas – reduced saturation of the yellows and reds – applied to the lens flare layer only.
